Delida Costin has provided legal advice to public and private companies since 1995 and brings a wealth of legal and business expertise to her clients.

She has been an integral member of business teams as they executed on strategic goals, negotiated commercial deals and prepared for significant transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, significant investments, and initial public offerings. She is comfortable with both the strategic and tactical aspects of deal management and is committed to delivering the type of legal service that she sought when she served as in-house counsel.

Prior to forming her practice in 2007, Ms. Costin was Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at CNET Networks, where her practice was focused in the digital media industry. Currently, she not only negotiates a broad range of Internet-related agreements, she also helps her clients navigate business issues when new technologies collide with traditional legal, business, and social customs. Her practice includes matters related to digital media, technology, web 2.0 and related developments, privacy and data protection, intellectual property, content creation and distribution, and online advertising.

Throughout her career, Ms. Costin has represented private and public companies on matters related to corporate governance and compliance, periodic securities disclosures and general corporate law. She was part of the CNET Networks remediation team that implemented new best corporate governance practices in the wake of the Securities and Exchange Commission's investigations into public companies' stock option granting practices. Her experience at CNET Networks and several non-profit boards has given her a keen understanding of sound management and governance structures and processes.

Ms. Costin received her bachelor's degree from Northwestern University in 1991 and her juris doctorate from Boston University School of Law in 1995. She has practiced with the law firms of Goodwin, Procter LLP in Boston, Massachusetts and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP in Palo Alto, California. She has completed mediation training with the University of California at Berkeley and San Francisco Community Boards Mediation Services.
